2.2.2 Paying by credit card subsequent to the order from the customer area

If you have placed an order for the purchase and/or renewal of an Aruba Hosting service, but you have not proceeded to the payment stage, payment can be made at any time from the customer area itself. The system will ask you to:
  1. Select a credit card from those already saved;
  2. Save an additional credit card or set one up for the first time.
To pay from the customer area subsequent to completion of the order:
  1. Sign in;
  2. You will see the Hosting customer area section entitled manage domains with the list of all active domains associated with the same Aruba login;
  3. Click on "PAY" next to the order with the status "Waiting for payment" that you wish to pay:

  4. The system connects to pagamenti.aruba.it from which you can select "Credit card" as the method of payment and click on "Pay Now":


  5. The panel lists a summary of the orders awaiting payment. Enter the order number relating to the payment you wish to make in the field indicated and click on "PROCEED":


  6. On the screen shown, select the credit card you wish to use for the payment. Keep the "Auto renewal" option checked (as it is by default) to enable this, or uncheck it to disable;;
  7. Click on "PROCEED" to complete the operation:


  8. The transaction is carried out on the secure server of Banca Sella. You will receive a payment confirmation email and, if enabled, confirmation of the activation of the auto renewal for the services for which this option is available.
To pay by and save a credit card from the customer area subsequent to completion of the order:
  1. Sign in;
  2. You will see the Hosting customer area section entitled manage domains with the list of all active domains associated with the same Aruba login;
  3. Click on "PAY" next to the order with the status "Waiting for payment" that you wish to pay:

  4. The system connects to pagamenti.aruba.it from which you can select "Credit card" as the method of payment and click on "Pay now":


  5. The panel lists a summary of the orders awaiting payment. Enter the order number relating to the payment you wish to make in the field indicated and click on "PROCEED":


  6. On the screen shown, select "New credit card";
  7. Click on "PROCEED":


  8. You will be taken to the secure server of Banca Sella where you will select the payment method:



    and save the details of your credit card:
    • First name and last name of cardholder;
    • Card number;
    • Expiry date;
    • Security code;
    • Personal email address.
  9. Once you have entered your data, select "Continue" to complete the transaction. You will receive a payment confirmation email and, if enabled, confirmation of the activation of the auto renewal.
 
  If you pay by credit card, auto renewal is enabled by default for when the service next expires. The option can be disabled at any time from the customer area itself. Please see the appropriate guide for details.
